World Traveller, Part 4

The final few photos have now arrived.

Here Natalie is modeling her beach wear in the town of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer in the Camargue area along the coast. We happened to coincide our visit with the annual French Gypsy pilgrimage to this town. It was a little weird - RVs everywhere with exciting things like caged chickens out front, and a odd group of gypsies wearing cowboy hats and listening to what sounded like french country music. Fortunately the beaches were empty and we had an excellent time.

The next day in Avignon we walked across a bridge to the other side of the Rhone river and relaxed along the banks and enjoyed the sun.

For the return trip across the Rhone, Natalie enjoyed her first boat ride.

The final full day in France found us back along the coast. Here is the family in the town of Cassis on the Mediterranean. It was rather pretty - although paradise was shattered when it was discovered that Natalie had leaked poo on her parents shirts. That was fun.

Natalie laughed a bit during her first time on a hammock, just before we headed to our hotel for the last night on vacation.

And that's all! Vacation over and back to the rough and tumble life in San Francisco.
