Little Miss Lady Bug

There has been a little gap in the posts lately, but that happens sometimes.
Halloween is fast approaching and Natalie has already modeled her outfit this year at the Golden Gate Mother's Group party in Golden Gate Park. Here she is at home getting ready to bug out.

She spent a majority of the time just standing at the pool of bubbles with her bubble wand. She didn't really do anything, she just stood there like this watching everyone. (Note the sweet whale tattoo on her arm - she's a little gangster bug now)

Here she is flying over her mommy.

At the end of the party, she walked (holding a parent hand) about a quarter of a mile which we think is a record for her. She was really pooped out after the walk. Here she is at the start of the walk.

The day after Little Miss Lady Bug made her first appearance, we headed out for a hike looking for real lady bugs. We didn't find any, but Natalie got to do some hiking on her own (almost - still holding a parent hand to get around).

Someone made a bit of a mess during the post hike picnic.


And last but not least - here's Natalie modeling a nice outfit at the beach. It's a little hard to fully appreciate her shorts in the image, but they are covered with multicolored cats wearing cowboy hats.
