First birthing class

We had our first birthing class the other night (one down, three more to go) and this whole birthing thing is just going to be a piece of cake. Ginny will breath a little heavy, grunt, and then out pops Baby Stobbster!

Or maybe it'll be a little more than that.

Anyway, we learned exciting things like how to relax, stages of labor and the intensity and frequency of contractions that go along with each, when to go to the hospital, and most importantly - keep the preggo calm! We'll see how well we remember this stuff when we're both freakin' out.
